Happiest Minds developed a WebRTC-based Prospect Interaction tool to help product, sales, HR and recruiting teams, real estate agents and remote workers engage prospects with integrated voice, video, chat and screen sharing. The primary challenge was to create a scalable, multi-browser solution that reduces travel costs and improves prospect-to-customer conversion across diverse teams and workflows.

Happiest Minds took full end-to-end ownership—designing UX/wireframes, building a dynamic frontend, integrating the Ten Hands platform API and CRM, and handling plugin and cross-browser testing using WebRTC, HTML5, AngularJS and related technologies. The result was a rapid first-version launch followed by enhancements (ACD, agent customizations, social media integration) that cut travel expenses and increased customer engagement.
