The customer required a Network Packet Broker application running on an SDN controller, support for white‑box OpenFlow switches, and validation across virtual and physical testbeds.

Happiest Minds enhanced the OpenDaylight controller (security hardening and new modules), developed an SDN application for policy configuration, and migrated the legacy SNMP control/management to an SDN app with a REST abstraction for multi‑controller support; testing used IXIA, Mininet, POSTMAN, Python and IPERF. The solution enabled a lower‑cost market entry, centralized end‑to‑end deployments with concurrent access to packet data, and improved product usability and cloud‑based capabilities.
