The team delivered an Integration/Distribution Portal (IDP) that links 13+ backend systems — including website, CRM/LMS, proposal tracker, sales planner, policy admin, agent helpdesk, customer portal and quote management — into a scalable, mobile‑ready, multi‑layer secure portal. Built on IBM WCM/WebSphere/Spring technologies and certified to ISO 27000 and OWASP top‑10 standards, the solution enabled instant self‑service for sales personnel, increased engagement and retention of the sales force, and helped the business retain and attract distribution partners.
