Happy Horizon uses Happeo for smooth mergers and acquisitions

Happy Horizon, an Eindhoven-based online marketing agency that grew from about 300 to nearly 500 employees and now includes six acquired companies, faced fragmented processes, scattered documents and announcements lost in email. To centralize information and keep teams connected while integrating with Google Workspace, Happy Horizon chose Happeo as their social intranet solution.

Happeo implemented a Google Workspace–integrated intranet with channels, pages, a resource database, posting features and Slack integration to support onboarding, taskforces and company-wide communications. The Happeo platform drove fast adoption — a newly acquired company was onboarded and began posting the day after — and unified templates, HR updates and news to boost engagement and streamline cross-office collaboration.
