Groupe Chantelle, a leading French lingerie designer with operations in 20 countries, was struggling with aging collaboration tools (Lotus Notes, legacy Office and a Windows file server), heavy email overload, rising “shadow IT” and an overwhelmed IT team. As part of a broader move to Google Cloud, Groupe Chantelle selected Happeo as its modern communication and collaboration platform to deliver social, real‑time interactions and seamless integration with Google Workspace.

Happeo was rolled out quickly after the Google Workspace pilot (decision in mid‑2016 and Happeo go‑live in February 2017), consolidating email, document sharing and calendars into a single, social intranet. Happeo’s tight Google integration and familiar social features drove fast user adoption with minimal training, reduced reliance on shadow IT and eased the IT support burden, while providing interactive company news streams and discussion feeds to improve information discoverability and cross‑team collaboration.
