Knowlarity, a cloud-telephony pioneer founded in 2009 with over 7,000 customers, faced slow, paper‑intensive travel and expense processes: employees lost receipts, finance manually matched bills and entered data, and reimbursements routinely took 15–20 days with little real‑time visibility or spend control. To solve this, Knowlarity engaged Happay and adopted Happay’s Expense Management solution.
Happay deployed a centralized platform with Happay Cards and mobile/web apps so employees spend, submit receipt photos and managers approve instantly while finance verifies and exports data. As a result, Happay cut Knowlarity’s end‑to‑end reimbursement time from about 15 days to 2 days, removed much manual data entry, and delivered real‑time spend visibility and a streamlined claims workflow.
