V-Guard, a large Indian electricals manufacturer with 1,500+ employees frequently on business travel, struggled with paper-based expense processing, routine policy violations and huge manual effort—handling 800–1,000 claims daily and seeing almost every report breach policy. Rather than build in-house, V-Guard selected Happay’s Travel & Expense Management solution (cloud software, mobile app, OCR and prepaid cards) to modernize and automate the process.

Happay implemented mobile expense capture, automatic policy enforcement, auto-approval, prepaid cards and SAP integration, which eliminated most manual reconciliation and sped approvals. As a result Happay cut the reimbursement cycle from 40 to 5 days, drove policy violations down from 48% to <1%, achieved 99% on-time report submission and reached roughly 75% employee adoption, while reducing cash advances and overhead.
