Case Study: Beykent University enhances medical student education with Hanwha Techwin Wisenet cameras

Wisenet Cameras, supporting Medical Students’ Education at Beykent University

Beykent University, a non-profit institution in Istanbul, faced a challenge in its medical program. Only a few students at a time could observe procedures in the audiometry lab's silent cabin, and there was no way for others to see inside. Additionally, students needed to closely review patient simulations during and after exercises for their education. Hanwha Techwin provided a solution using its Wisenet cameras.

The solution involved installing high-resolution Wisenet cameras in the specialized labs. Cameras inside the audiometry cabin allowed the entire class to observe tests, while cameras in simulation rooms transmitted images and sound to an observation room for review. The university also deployed the cameras for general campus security. According to the IT manager, the project was handled expertly from start to finish, leading to plans for a total of 700 Wisenet cameras to be installed across the university.
