Atlanta Public Schools, one of the largest school districts in Georgia, faced the challenge of securing over 100 sites containing 52,000 students and thousands of staff members. Their Director of Security Operations, Ralph Velez, was responsible for managing all safety systems and required a high-quality video surveillance solution to provide indisputable information and help prevent incidents from escalating.

Hanwha Techwin America provided the solution by deploying over 4,000 of its Wisenet X series IP cameras, including XNV-8020R vandal-resistant models for outdoor use.
