Columbia Bank, a community bank in the Northwest, sought to upgrade its video surveillance to improve image quality and retention. They needed a less intrusive yet more expansive security solution to protect employees and assets while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. Partnering with Hanwha Techwin, they aimed to replace their outdated analog cameras.

The solution, implemented with integrator Cook Security Group, involved installing over 1,200 Hanwha Techwin Wisenet cameras managed by a Genetec VMS across their branches. This provided comprehensive coverage of interiors, exteriors, and ATMs. As a result, Columbia Bank not only enhanced its security but also assists law enforcement with video evidence for community incidents.
