Everett public school system chooses Hanwha Techwin cameras to secure 26 schools spanning 39 square miles

Everett Public Schools, a large district in Washington state with 27 schools spanning 39 square miles, faced a challenge with its outdated and siloed analog surveillance system. To modernize security across its campuses, the district partnered with Hanwha Techwin to deploy a new IP-based video solution, utilizing Wisenet cameras.

The solution involved creating a centralized data center and installing over 600 Hanwha Techwin cameras integrated with an OnSSI VMS. This provided centralized control, on-the-edge analytics, and controlled access for different users. The result was a significant enhancement in security quality and control for the district, with a scalable system that offers reliable performance and the capacity for future expansion.
