A Hanwha Techwin America Case Study
Big Red Camaro, the prized open-road racing car owned by the Gottlieb family, needed a secure new home in Victorville, California to protect a multi-million-dollar investment and support ongoing restoration and fabrication work. The site posed unique challenges because it was located in a lightly industrial area near a major rail bed, with the back of the facility isolated and the front exposed to industrial traffic. To address this, Hanwha Techwin America provided a surveillance solution built around Hanwha cameras.
Hanwha Techwin America and security consultant Howard Levinson designed a tailored system using Wisenet PNM-9030V multi-sensor panoramic cameras, along with XNO-8020R bullet cameras, XND-6010 dome cameras, and QNO-7030R/QNO-7080R cameras. The system delivered 180° coverage, in-camera masking to reduce false alerts from passing trains, and analytics that made line-crossing setup fast and accurate across the full stitched view. The result was a flexible, high-performance security system that improved perimeter protection and gave the team confidence in their new facility.
