Campus Management, a private provider of software and services to colleges and universities, needed to urgently modernize its core data infrastructure when its Windows Server 2008 environment was nearing end of support and aging hardware was no longer under warranty. Facing the risk of downtime across 10 data centers and 2,500+ virtual machines, Campus Management turned to Hanu and Microsoft Azure to migrate mission-critical applications with minimal disruption.

Hanu modernized and migrated the workloads from multiple global data centers to Microsoft Azure, rehosting applications to Azure VMs, upgrading software and databases, and preserving secure VPN connectivity. Hanu also created a full testing replica and implemented Azure Firewall, WAF, and monitoring tools, completing the move with only a single weekend of downtime. The result was improved performance, lower IT support costs, greater scalability, and a stronger security posture.
