PaperClip worked with Hanu to solve a growing customer demand for a secure, 100% cloud-based document management system. The challenge was to digitize paper applications, including handwritten fields, while also handling translation, classification of sensitive data, and predictive analysis. PaperClip’s cloud document platform, Mojo, was designed to meet these needs.

Hanu helped build Mojo on Microsoft Azure, using services like Service Fabric, App Service, Azure Blob, Azure Queues, Azure Active Directory, and more. The solution used crowdsourced transcription for handwritten “SnipIts” and a shredded data storage model to improve security. With Hanu’s Azure-based implementation, PaperClip cut document digitization costs by up to 80% and is now extending more services into the cloud.
