Enabling ACA’s Dealer Partners with the Optimal Platform for Financial Solutions

American Credit Acceptance (ACA), an indirect automotive lending institution, needed a custom end-to-end platform that could integrate its many dispersed third-party and back-end systems and give dealers a single, dealer-centric portal for managing accounts, onboarding, and consumer support. ACA partnered with Hanu, using Azure cloud and managed services expertise, to help design a solution that could support complex, high-volume transactions while also improving Azure consumption efficiency.

Hanu led a joint ACA-Hanu development team to build and deploy a fully customized Azure-based platform with integrated portals, security controls, governance, and back-end connectivity from loan origination to content management. The solution streamlined transaction processing and validation, accelerated review-to-response times so dealers and customers could receive decisions, pricing, and loan details within minutes, and improved responsiveness, scalability, and overall dealer and end-user experience while reducing overhead and consumption waste.
