Orange Belgium, Belgium’s second-largest mobile operator, needed to reduce slow time-to-market, high cost-to-market, and inconsistent product information caused by multiple disparate systems. The company turned to Hansen Technologies and its Hansen Catalog enterprise commercial product and technical service catalog to create a centralized, telecom-specific source of truth for product data.
Hansen Technologies implemented Hansen Catalog to unify product, service, and resource data across channels and systems, starting with in-store signage and later extending to subscriptions and complex B2B offer-to-contract processes. The results included price changes dropping from days to about 3 hours, lower reliance on external consultants and custom coding, consistent pricing across in-store assets, and better control of product launches and operations.
