LOS Energi, part of Agder Energi, needed to prepare for a supplier-centric energy market and new market neutrality requirements by splitting its retail and DSO operations into separate CIS environments. To meet these changes and support the Elhub data hub transition, the company turned to Hansen Technologies and its EnoroCX CIS solution.

Hansen Technologies implemented a combined billing solution and migrated shared CIS data into two separate systems for the retailer and network businesses. The result was a highly automated billing process that handles 160,000 network customers with just three people at Agder Energi Nett, while improving data quality, market neutrality, receivables control, and enabling faster innovation for LOS Energi.
