GET, one of Norway’s leading cable-TV and internet providers, wanted to expand into the mobile market and needed a way to support mobile data management without adding complexity or cost. After reviewing options, GET chose Hansen Technologies and its ICX and NavibillingCX products to support the new service within its existing B/OSS environment.

Hansen Technologies integrated ICX with NavibillingCX to deliver a fully automated, end-to-end billing and rating solution, plus provisioning, logistics integration, and a simplified customer care UI. GET launched successful mobile field trials in October 2016 and then rolled out full mobile services soon after, with one bill for TV, internet, and mobile, improved self-service, and a future-ready systems portfolio.
