Maju Serviss KSA, a house management company serving 7,711 customers across 110 houses, needed a better way to handle billing, debt tracking, emergency requests, and financial reporting. Before working with HansaWorld, the company relied on a DOS accounting system plus spreadsheets and separate local tools, which made reporting slow and limited future growth.

HansaWorld implemented Enterprise by HansaWorld as a single real-time business management system, with 18 users and customized billing for complex utilities and house services. The solution unified accounts, CRM, contracts, logistics, payroll, document management, and more, enabling real-time financial control, faster billing, better document handling, improved customer service, and more accurate planning. The system went live in June 2006, and Maju Serviss KSA also connected two branches into one system, with plans to add a customer web portal, electronic invoices, and online service features.
