iDeal, an official Apple reseller in Lithuania, needed a business system that could run smoothly on Mac computers and support its retail operations with local market and legal requirements in mind. The company had been using HansaWorld products since 1998 and was looking for a compatible solution with broad functionality for managing stock, sales, and customer service.

HansaWorld implemented Standard ERP version 8.2 for iDeal, with modules including stock, point of sale, CRM, general ledger, sales ledger, and purchase ledger. The system helped iDeal streamline business management with an easy-to-use, time-efficient platform, and the company now also distributes HansaWorld’s Standard ERP and Standard Accounts to its B2B clients in Lithuania.
