Hi-Tec Sports - Customer Case Study

Hi-Tec Sports, a global footwear and sports brand with distribution in around 85 countries, needed to replace its existing ERP system because it no longer met business requirements. The company chose HansaWorld’s Enterprise solution, including Enterprise Point of Sale, because it was integrated and came recommended by Crocs.

HansaWorld implemented the Point of Sale phase first in 2014, followed by the wider Enterprise ERP rollout, with Hi-Tec going live in June 2015. The new system improved point-of-sale and inventory management, reduced duplicate entry and training time, and gave staff better visibility across the business, while also making errors easier to find and correct.
