Experian Integrated Marketing, a business unit of Experian UK, needed a simple but scalable accounting and job costing system that could support rapid growth, expansion into other countries, and multiple currencies. It selected HansaWorld Enterprise for its flexibility, scalability, integration, and ease of customization.

HansaWorld implemented a standard accounting and job costing solution that grew from 35 users to 450 users across multiple sites and companies, adding functions such as order processing, quotations, repetitive invoicing, expenses, scheduling, calendar, to-do lists, and consolidation. Experian Integrated Marketing reported major efficiency gains from HansaWorld, including faster journal entry via Excel copy/paste, stronger real-time reporting and resource planning, improved project tracking, and very few issues over four years; the company also said HansaWorld’s support and HAL customization capabilities delivered significant value at relatively low cost.
