As its business grew, it struggled with limited reporting, an inadequate front-end POS, and the need for a native Mac-based solution that could support mobile staff, analytics, job costing, accounting, and serialized product tracking. Digicape chose HansaWorld’s Standard ERP to meet these requirements.

HansaWorld tailored Standard ERP to Digicape’s environment, including custom POS and Sales Ledger functionality, external scanner support, CRM integration, and modules such as Inventory, Job Costing, Contracts, and Sales Ledgers. The system went live in March 2012 and now supports 88 Mac users across Digicape’s operations, giving the company real-time visibility into serialized products and a seamless Apple-native front and back office experience.
