Cheetah Management Services, Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda, a Funchal-based firm serving multinational corporations in accounting and financial planning, needed to replace Excel-based processes, outsourced accounting, and an unsuitable competitor system. The company also required support for multiple languages, multiple currencies, and the ability to manage many client companies in one database.

HansaWorld implemented Standard ERP / HansaWorld Enterprise for accounting bureaus, including the Contracts module, multi-language and multi-currency functionality, and support for Mac and PC environments. The solution enabled Cheetah Management Services to handle around 100 companies in a single database, manage up to five currencies for one company, and streamline monthly invoicing and reporting in a fast, efficient way.
