CarGuys, a U.S. supplier of promotional products for car dealerships, needed to replace multiple disconnected systems with one centralized platform to improve efficiency and data accuracy. The company had been using Daylight for CRM and AccountEdge for accounting, and wanted a Mac-friendly ERP/CRM solution that could grow with the business. HansaWorld’s Standard ERP was selected to unify operations and support their need for cleaner, more reliable information.
HansaWorld implemented Standard ERP with modules for accounting, CRM, inventory, purchasing, quotations, and more, allowing CarGuys to manage sales, finance, and operations in one system. The result was better organization, easier communication between departments, and improved operational efficiency, with the integrated CRM helping the team focus more on customer service. CarGuys has since added functionality over time and is now exploring further automation such as Yodlee bank reconciliation integration and payroll solutions.
