American Cooperative School, an international school in La Paz, Bolivia, needed a more capable business system than its old Mentor software as it reorganized and looked for better integration, control, and flexibility across its operations. HansaWorld was selected to provide an ERP platform, specifically Enterprise by HansaWorld, to support the school’s financial and administrative needs.

HansaWorld implemented Enterprise with modules for accounting, fixed assets, expenses, logistics, CRM, group calendar, and repetitive invoicing, plus remote access, custom reports, and data import/export tools tailored to ACS’s existing processes. As a result, the school gained detailed and trustworthy reporting, time savings from having information in one place, secure role-based access, and flexible remote working; the deployment supported 10 users across more than 10 modules.
