Ain Al Khaleej Hospital, a private tertiary healthcare provider in Al Ain, UAE, needed an ERP and accounting system that could support its new operations from the ground up. The hospital, working with HansaWorld’s Standard ERP, also faced the challenge of integrating its finance processes with third-party hospital software and reconciling revenue across multiple systems, including HIS and e-Claim management.

HansaWorld implemented Standard ERP with modules for General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Sales and Purchase Orders, Inventory, Quotations, Payroll, HR, and e-Claim handling, along with custom integration and XML claim exchange. The solution was fully implemented by 2015 and helped reduce data-entry time, streamline payroll and claims processing, and improve control over revenue reporting, with the hospital planning real-time dashboard reporting.
