SEB Innovation Centre in Tallinn, Estonia, wanted to create a modern, flexible environment for seminars, workshops, and customer service, while improving the visitor experience and flow management. SEB chose Hansab as its technology partner to support the center’s new amphitheater-style seminar room, smaller meeting rooms, and upgraded customer service area.

Hansab implemented a full AV and queueing solution, including a 9-screen Samsung UHD video wall, sound system with custom speaker placement, tablet-based control, MagicInfo S content management, touchscreen displays, and an upgraded Q-Matic Orchestra customer flow management platform with integrated touchscreen tables and concierge tablets. The result was a more user-friendly, customer-friendly service environment that improved how SEB presents information, manages queues, and assists visitors, though no specific quantitative impact was provided.
