Selver, a retail chain in Estonia, wanted to test whether electronic shelf labels could improve efficiency in its Peetri Selver store. Working with Hansab, the company piloted Pricer electronic shelf labels in the fruit and vegetable section, where frequent price changes and manual paper-label handling created extra work.

Hansab installed about 300 electronic shelf labels in multiple formats and mounting options, allowing staff to update prices and product details directly on a smart device near the shelf. The result was saved working time, less manual labor, no need to print or cut paper labels, and a more accurate, modern-looking sales area that customers noticed positively.
