Case Study: PakMarkas improves factory communication with Hansab’s Vocovo DECT solution

A DECT communication solution was installed at the "PakMarkas" factory.

PakMarkas, a leader in product labeling, engineering packaging, and production automation solutions in the Baltic States, wanted to improve and speed up communication between employees in its factory. To address this challenge, the company worked with Hansab and tested Vocovo’s DECT communication solution, including communication bases, wireless headsets, and charging equipment.

Hansab implemented the Vocovo system after the trial period, and it was quickly adopted by employees. The solution reduced time wasted searching for colleagues or waiting for information, improved communication efficiency, and eliminated the need for phones or other devices on the production floor, helping production foremen, support staff, and warehouse workers share information without leaving their workstations.
