The University of San Diego, a private Roman Catholic university with 8,500+ students, needed a better content management system after Adobe Contribute created workflow issues, publishing errors, and heavy support burdens. The university turned to Hannon Hill’s Cascade CMS to replace its limited, desktop-based setup with a more flexible, cloud-hosted solution.

Hannon Hill implemented Cascade CMS with customizable templates, approval workflows, accessibility and link/spell checkers, in-context editing, and browser-based access. As a result, USD now manages about 98% of its web presence in Cascade CMS, has improved 508 compliance, and freed its web team to focus on strategic projects while giving end users more autonomy.
