Florida Department of Health needed to bring 67 county websites and many separate teams under one system, but discovered their site was not structured for migration and had to be rebuilt manually. Working with Hannon Hill and Cascade CMS, the department also had to manage a very small web team while shifting from county-by-county HTML pages to a centralized, professional website.

Hannon Hill’s Cascade CMS helped Florida Department of Health create one in-house template, consolidate content and users, and roll out custom features statewide from a single platform. The agency now has over 350 content contributors, completed the transition within two years, and can update one place to affect the entire state; the result was major efficiency gains, freed-up resources, and a dramatically improved internal culture.
