By working with Handshake and its Expert Assist service, TD SYNNEX built a scalable approach for messaging students, running virtual events, and reaching candidates in new regions. The partnership delivered a 560% increase in school partners, a 28% engagement rate, and a 251% increase in student job views, along with 559% more overall applicants and larger increases in women, Latine, and Black applicants.
