Kenyon College achieves exceptional student engagement

Kenyon College needed a way to introduce new technology to students and make its career services easier to access. The college launched Handshake in January 2020 and used the platform to bring together appointments, on-campus jobs, and student outreach in one place.

Handshake helped Kenyon build a one-stop shop for career services and promote opportunities through Targeted Emails, public labels, and pre-filtered job search links. Within three months, almost 60% of students had logged in, over 55% of the freshman class had logged on, and more than 30% of students had completed their profiles.
