Box used Handshake to improve the diversity of its early talent pipeline. Although the cloud storage company was already attracting applicants, its pool was not as representative as it wanted, and its three-person recruiting team did not have the time or budget to visit every campus.

With Handshake, Box expanded from a core list of six colleges to nearly 600 campuses across the country, using Handshake’s network of 900+ colleges, Advanced Search & Filters, Employer Page, and Virtual Events. Box reported a 100x increase in its school list, a 70% increase in brand awareness, a 3.5x increase in brand views, and a 71% message open rate.
