Paragon Distributing, founded in 1996 in Anchorage, AK by Tim and Kim Weeks, has grown from a couple of vans selling bottled water into a large wholesale beverage and food distributor supporting about 30 employees. Rapid growth created pressure to better track inventory and reduce wasted time in both the warehouse and the field.

Paragon implemented the HandiFox mobile sales and inventory system: sales reps create orders on Android devices (with barcode scanning) that sync to QuickBooks, while warehouse staff use pick lists and barcode scans to pick, confirm, pack and generate invoices. The result was faster order entry, more accurate shipments, quicker, more precise order pulling, and a markedly improved workflow and customer service experience.
