Why a Construction-Centric Platform was Essential to LT McGuinness’ Growth

LT McGuinness, a third-generation New Zealand construction company, was managing health and safety across nearly 50 active sites using a hybrid system built over many years, including 22 lever arch files per site and several disconnected tools. As the company expanded into new regions, it needed a simpler, construction-centric platform to centralize OH&S information, support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 goals, and work across both large and smaller sites. HammerTech worked closely with LT McGuinness to roll out a centralized OH&S platform, with internal champions trained to support adoption across staff and subcontractors. The result was faster, more consistent reporting, with monthly OH&S reports now generated at the push of a button and board reporting reduced from about two weeks to a live dashboard available anytime.
