Case Study: Novati Constructions achieves real-time safety and quality oversight with HammerTech

One platform to conquer a whole host of goals

Novati Constructions, a builder with more than four decades of experience, was struggling to manage heavy paperwork and consistently monitor Safety, Quality and IMS requirements across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining Best Practice Accreditation. To solve this, Novati adopted the HammerTech platform in early 2017 to provide an easy-to-use, site-focused digital system for inductions, SWMS and IMS oversight.

HammerTech was rolled out across every Novati project, giving crews mobile access to plans, Site Diary entries, inspections, non‑conformances, photo/video uploads (with date/location stamps) and SMS/email emergency alerts, plus translator support for non‑English speakers. The result: real-time transparency between head office and sites, faster incident response (demonstrated during a flash‑flood event), paperless operations, traceable records to support billing and due diligence, and stronger ongoing monitoring of Safety and Quality through HammerTech.
