Mansons TCLM, one of New Zealand’s largest privately owned developers, was relying on paper-based processes for safety inspections, inductions, SWMS, permits, and reporting across multiple dynamic construction sites. This made it difficult to quickly identify gaps, maintain consistent site practices, and keep up with the high volume of workers and contractors moving on and off projects.

Mansons TCLM implemented HammerTech’s cloud-based HSE management platform incrementally, using modules for inductions, inspections, observations, SWMS, and Bulletins. The result was smoother stakeholder adoption, more consistent inductions, faster follow-up on observations, and easier communication with workers; Rebecca Gornall also reported saving about 5 to 6 hours per month on end-of-month reporting through HammerTech Insights.
