Case Study: ADCO achieves safer, more efficient site reporting with HammerTech

A HammerTech Case Study

Preview of the ADCO Case Study

Integration of the HammerTech platform in ADCO’s operations has driven positive outcomes in daily reporting. And that, in turn, can have safety benefits

ADCO, one of Australia’s oldest and most established construction companies, was looking for a better way to support its business improvement programme and reduce the inefficiencies of in-house, paper-heavy EHSQ processes. The company wanted a commercial solution that would help project teams work more effectively, improve contractor inductions and site reporting, and provide better visibility into risk and operational data. HammerTech’s cloud-based safety and operations platform aligned with ADCO’s digital strategy, including mobile access, an open reporting API, and ISO-27001 security focus.

ADCO implemented HammerTech first on selected projects, then expanded it in stages to minimise disruption before moving toward national rollout across all jobsites. HammerTech enabled online daily site diaries, safety walks, and contractor self-registration, reducing paperwork, archiving, and time spent retrieving documents while improving control over document updates. The result was faster reporting, better efficiency, and stronger safety oversight through data analysis and trend identification, with HammerTech helping ADCO standardise processes and support real-time reporting across sites.
