BA Murphy, led in HSEQ by Kristina Kucan, needed a way to maintain visible leadership and keep workers safe across geographically dispersed construction sites while managing inductions, compliance, subcontractors and vast amounts of paperwork. To meet those demands the company turned to HammerTech, adopting its cloud-based safety and compliance platform to digitize inductions, SWMS, checklists and reporting so Kristina could oversee sites remotely and ensure everyone goes home safe.

HammerTech’s platform gave BA Murphy real-time visibility, mobile access to documents, automated communication (including SMS bulletins) and traceable issue and subcontractor management—enabling a 51‑unit project induction of 169 people without repeated site visits and, within three months, rollout across five commercial projects.
