Safran Electronics & Defense secures 14 sites with Hamilton Apps

Safran Electronics & Defense, an international aerospace, defense, and space company, required a highly secure visitor management solution for its 14 sensitive sites across Europe. The challenge was to centralize tracking for all visitor entries and access requests to meet stringent security requirements. To address this, Safran partnered with vendor Hamilton Apps to implement the Hamilton Visitor and Hamilton Security products.

Hamilton Apps implemented its Hamilton Visitor SSR, a high-security version of its visitor management software designed for sensitive sites. The solution featured pre-registration for all visitors, multiple badges, and customized validation flows based on access zones. This provided Safran with a centralized, secure, and easy-to-use tool that enhanced flexibility for reception and security teams. The implementation by Hamilton Apps began at the head office and was subsequently rolled out to all 13 other sites.
