How Osiris Technologies solved long-term issues of speed and reporting with HaloPSA

Osiris Technologies, an IT service provider handling 1,100+ tickets per month, faced long-standing pain points around speed, in-depth reporting, visibility across teams, customer feedback and integrations. They chose HaloPSA’s single, centralised MSP cloud/web app to replace slow, fragmented tools and deliver dashboards, reporting and service features that could keep up with demand.

HaloPSA implemented a customised rollout (including a four-day on-site configuration), real-time dashboards, one‑click feedback and integrations such as Go Integrator for better time‑tracking and billing. As a result Osiris now uses capacity reports to predict backlogs and justify hires, views unassigned tickets to improve response times, and has received 1,149 feedback responses (1,128 “good” or “awesome”, 21 “bad”), while more accurate time logging has increased billing precision and revenue—demonstrating clear productivity and efficiency gains from HaloPSA.
