PVH, a global apparel company with offices, distribution centers, and retail stores across North America and abroad, wanted to maintain strong associate engagement during a period of rapid growth and organizational change. To help address this challenge, PVH worked with HALO Recognition and used its Spark Rewards solution to support a broader associate recognition strategy.
HALO Recognition implemented the GREAT Job program, giving managers a simple way to recognize associates on the spot for exceptional performance with redeemable cards and rewards. The program was well received, with more than 1,200 associates recognized by year-end, helping contribute to an 82% survey response rate, a two-point engagement score increase to the 70th percentile, and turnover rates far below industry benchmarks across corporate, warehouse, and retail roles.
