HALO Recognition designed and implemented a consolidated program with region-specific catalogs, multilingual support, electronic billing, and online reporting, coordinated from Parker’s headquarters in Cleveland. The solution enabled award fulfillment for 99% of international locations and cut shipping costs by 55%, while more than 2,000 employees were recognized in 2012 and employee feedback was extremely positive, including 100% timely gift delivery and 98% satisfaction with gift selection.
