Haley Marketing worked with The Advance Group, a locally owned staffing and executive recruitment firm serving northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. The company wanted to improve post-interview communication after hearing frequent complaints like “Nobody followed up with me,” and needed a better way to reassure candidates and strengthen the overall candidate experience.

Haley Marketing created a custom digital interview follow-up campaign using email messaging to confirm candidates were in The Advance Group’s database, provide interviewer contact details, and encourage them to explore other jobs on the website job board. The results included a stronger candidate experience, clearer follow-up, and a major jump in email readership from 3–7% to 50–66%, while also earning an honorable mention in the American Staffing Association’s Genius Awards.
