Haley Marketing worked with CCS Construction Staffing, a Charlotte-based construction staffing agency serving the Southeast and Texas, to help Director of Recruiting Rich Hughes fill open roles for sheet metal workers, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled tradespeople. The company was struggling to attract qualified candidates and needed a better way to capture job seekers’ attention online.

Haley Marketing implemented a Facebook Re-Recruiting and Social Recruiting campaign that targeted past visitors and applicants as well as new candidates by geography and job title, with ads designed to drive applications and collect lead information directly on Facebook. The campaign produced strong results, averaging more than 110 candidate leads per month, including 50 leads per month from Re-Recruiting at $4.99 per lead and 62 candidate leads per month from Social Recruiting at $4.27 per lead, while also improving candidate quality.
