Lehigh Valley Staffing Firm Goes Social to Become an Employer of Choice

Haley Marketing worked with HTSS, Inc., a local, woman-owned staffing service in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley, to help the firm stand out in a crowded hiring market and attract qualified candidates. HTSS had relied on traditional marketing like direct mail, flyers, print, and radio, but needed a stronger way to build its employment brand and fill more open positions.

Haley Marketing implemented an integrated Social Pro and digital marketing program that combined daily social media content, targeted Facebook follower growth, branded visuals, blog and job posts, and email outreach to generate Facebook reviews. The campaign delivered major results, including a 171% increase in Facebook likes, a 198.84% rise in website sessions from Facebook, a 5,532.35% jump in traffic to the Available Jobs page, 29 new Facebook reviews for a total of 38 and a higher rating of 4.2 stars, plus enough momentum to help place 250 qualified employees for a multinational courier delivery services client.
