Haley Marketing worked with a construction staffing agency that needed a better way to allocate its monthly recruitment budget across high-priority jobs and states. The agency had skilled trades roles and general laborer positions, but its general laborer pipeline was already strong, so too much of the budget was being spent on easier-to-fill jobs instead of the openings and locations that needed support most.
Using Haley Marketing’s programmatic job advertising software, the team limited sponsorship on general laborer jobs to just three days so more budget would automatically shift to priority roles and target states. In the first month of the change, general laborer ads used only 4% of the monthly budget in the first 20 days, and the agency received 85 additional applications on higher-priority jobs, a more than 22% increase.
