How this Florida Ministry Receives Half a Million Views for their Events

El Rey Jesus, a Miami-based ministry that draws 15,000–20,000 weekly attendees and runs a large annual conference (Conferencia Apostólica y Profética), faced two streaming challenges: measuring meaningful engagement across remote and multi-site audiences, and reliably streaming a massive, multilingual CAP event to a global audience. To address these needs they partnered with Haivision, using KB Series video encoders and the Haivision Video Cloud for publishing workflows and analytics.

Haivision supplied five KB Series four‑channel encoders in a production truck, dual 200 Mbps ISP links, and multi‑channel streams to primary and backup Akamai entry points to guarantee redundancy and 99.999% uptime, while Haivision Video Cloud provided real‑time analytics and on‑demand publishing. As a result El Rey Jesus recorded over 500,000 live stream plays to 215,000 unique viewers, improved online ad targeting and engagement, increased physical attendance at campuses, and was able to make conference sessions available on demand.
